  • Our shipping policy is simple and straightforward. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping when sending their equipment and shears to us for sharpening.

    At the time of payment, we will ask for a card on file that will be charged for the shipping costs upon returning the equipment and shears back to the customer.

    Once the equipment and shears have been sharpened and are ready to be shipped back, we will send an email to the customer with tracking information, so they can track their shipment and know when to expect it. Additionally, we will include a receipt for the shipping cost in the same email.
