Hi, I'm Tim Michael Laube. With over 20+ years of experience in the pet grooming industry, I've seen a lot of change - and I am here for it.

My goal with The Groomer Collective is to create a collaborative space for groomers to gain access to the best shear sharpening in the country and bonus - be able to connect, grow and collaborate on everything they need to make their businesses thrive. We want to democratize access to all the things you need to become the best groomer you possibly can.

​After growing, building, and selling a successful sharpening, repair & groomer wholesale business in southern California (known as Empire Edgeworks), I have the background and experience in knowing what a groomer needs in their shears and equipment.

Pet grooming is more than a skill. It's an art. We're here to help you build your client community, keep your equipment in check and sharpen your shears to keep those fur babies looking fabulous.
